No. If you have one, the app uses the same API. If not, I build the API alongside the app.
02Why React Native?
One codebase for iOS and Android, so features ship to both at the same time and cost less to maintain. Native code is added where a feature needs it.

You do. The app is published under your developer accounts, and the code lives in your repository.
